FAQ: Studio Rules & Policies
Please review before booking. These policies exist to protect the space and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Booking & Time
All bookings must be confirmed in advance
Time includes setup and breakdown
Early arrival or late departure may result in overtime charges
Damage & Liability
Renter is responsible for any damage to the space or equipment
Please notify us immediately if something occurs
Production insurance is strongly recommended for shoots
Noise & Conduct
Be respectful of neighboring businesses
No disruptive or unsafe behavior
No illegal activity permitted on the premises
Overtime
Overtime is billed in additional increments
Availability is not guaranteed if another booking follows yours
Cleaning
Please leave the studio in the condition it was found
Excessive mess or cleanup beyond normal use may incur a cleaning fee
Furniture & Equipment
Furniture may be moved, but must be returned
Do not stand on furniture
No alterations to walls or surfaces without approval
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation window
Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable
