FAQ: Studio Rules & Policies

Please review before booking. These policies exist to protect the space and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Booking & Time

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance

  • Time includes setup and breakdown

  • Early arrival or late departure may result in overtime charges

Damage & Liability

  • Renter is responsible for any damage to the space or equipment

  • Please notify us immediately if something occurs

  • Production insurance is strongly recommended for shoots

Noise & Conduct

  • Be respectful of neighboring businesses

  • No disruptive or unsafe behavior

  • No illegal activity permitted on the premises

Overtime

  • Overtime is billed in additional increments

  • Availability is not guaranteed if another booking follows yours

Cleaning

  • Please leave the studio in the condition it was found

  • Excessive mess or cleanup beyond normal use may incur a cleaning fee

Furniture & Equipment

  • Furniture may be moved, but must be returned

  • Do not stand on furniture

  • No alterations to walls or surfaces without approval

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation window

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable

  • Yes. The studio supports video, interviews, and content creation with high ceilings suitable for lighting rigs and a smooth white cyc wall.

  • Basic amenities are included with every booking. Additional gear may be available as add-ons upon request.

  • Yes, parking and load-in access are available for your convenience.
